In order to enter the North Alabama Homeschool Science Fair you need to fill out this form by February 1, 2005. This will give us time to organize the categories before the fair starts on February 11, 2005. There will be a $2.50 entry fee to help cover some of the cost. (Entry fee will be due on February 5, 2005) (Entery fee my be payed at the door but it will be $3.50)
Please choose the Grade that you will be in on February 11, 2005
